VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

Guests enter the ocean at their own risk. Caution when venturing far off shore is advised. Families with young children have found this home enjoyable as the large yard provides for a lot of space to run around and the shoreline is protected by offshore reefs which break up large waves. There is very little surf and the sandy beach in front of the house is black sand. The depth of the sandy areas fluctuates with the tides and other weather conditions. Sands are subject to shifting and erosion and pebbles are present from time to time. . All beach and shoreline areas are public areas. There are 2 half baths provided in addition to the 3 en-suite bathrooms. Living room sofa is not a pull out bed, although guests have slept on it and said it was comfortable!
